Out of 5 stars...6! Adam worked with me in a very difficult situation. I have had MANY other real estate agents try to give me advice on the property that I owned and was selling. Adam was diligent in computing the actual value of the home (which was extremely difficult). Adam's assessment was mocked by others, etc. At appraisal time, Adam was 100% correct! He was absolutely correct, and he raised the values of the other properties because they were undervalued. There were agents soon after contacting him to find out what their properties might be worth. I can't thank Adam enough, his calm demeanor, and his expertise in the matter got me what the property was worth. He went ABOVE and beyond to ensure everything went as smooth as possible from an artistic flair to attract buyers in the video, to staging, all the way to closing. I would have lost out on almost a year's salary if I listened to anyone else but him. Thank you, Adam! VERY highly recommended!

Adam is efficient, competent, and he surrounds himself with competent people. I worked with Adam to purchase a piece of land I wanted badly. The purchase was complicated by an indecisive seller. Adam stayed in constant contact with the sellers’ realtor for two months to secure the purchase. It was a frustrating cluster of missed commitments by the seller and vague information from the realtor.
Once the property went live, Desiree had our offer in within minutes and responded to every offer sand counter-offer rapidly.
Once the details were agreed upon, we were closed within ten days without a hitch.
